Design & Planning
We work closely with the Design and Architectural community to ensure that upon arrival to install the furniture there are no issues. For this reason we conduct on-site inspections and site measurements to ensure the physical dimensions of the site match the installation drawings. We also pay particular attention to the location of air returns, thermostats, electrical, voice and data outlets etc.
Delivery & Installation
This process is one that we take very seriously. There are many questions that need to be answered before the furniture is delivered. The availability of a loading dock, is there a freight elevator, do they have to be booked ahead of time, is there a staging area, who is responsible for the removal of the cardboard and packing material These are just some of the questions that must be addressed.
As it relates to the installation we need to know if we can work during normal business hours or do you want us to work after hours or weekends. Either way it is not a major issue and does not affect the price. The only issue would be do we have access to the job site, keys, pass code, disarming the alarm etc. Questions that might arise prior to the installation would be, is there an electrician on call and who is authorized to make on-site changes to the drawing. If there are problems with the furniture beyond our responsibility, wrong size or colour sent by the manufacturer, we do not walk away but do everything in our power to make sure your people are operational the next business day.

Post Installation
When every job is completed, our team will walk the space with you to assure it meets or exceeds your expectations. Our goal is to build a long term working relationship with each client we take on. We are always here to help with anything in the future related to the project.
